## Start with the work, not the tool. 

We begin by understanding how your team handles a real task today: what information comes in, where judgment matters, what creates delays, and what a dependable result looks like. That keeps the conversation grounded in business outcomes instead of whichever AI product happens to be attracting attention. 

From there, we choose the smallest useful intervention. We run the San Diego AI Tinkerers chapter and the San Diego Claude Community. Across 12 events, our meetups, workshops, and hackathons have drawn 1,341 sign-ups from people who want to learn, build, and connect.
